It is the policy of Iafrate Machine Works Ltd. to provide products,
services and or processes which will meet with our customers' quality requirements. To
implement this policy, it is the objective of this company to establish and maintain
continuous improvement for an effective and efficient quality program planned and
developed in conjunction with other management functions. The program and the associated
procedures designed to ensure that our customers' quality requirements are recognized,
that adequate control to this quality is always maintained, and acceptance criteria of
zero defects be met. Means are provided to ensure prompt detection of discrepancies and
for timely and effective corrective action in all the areas affecting contract
performance. Management will assess the effectiveness of the Quality Management System on
a regular basis.

Our CAD-CAM capabilities allows us to go from part print to the manufacturing process with ease and accuracy. Manufacturing Engineering reviews customer prints and specifications to prepare manufacturing procedures and machining routing.
| Programming capabilities include full CAD-CAM 3-D surface modelling and CNC/DNC
programming. All CNC horizontal and vertical centres are High Speed Machining Capable. Presently Manufacturing
